Launched in 2015, WEEMAX Children's Charities is an exclusive and proprietary landmark umbrella covering all of the philanthropic endeavours in our area by the RE/MAX Jazz family of REALTORS. Partnering with local charities in the community, WEEMAX supplies much needed funding and equipment for the littlest residents of the Durham Region.

A $150,000.00, 5 year commitment to Lakeridge Health Oshawa has already resulted in the purchase and delivery of lifesaving equipment, including 2 brand new Infant Resuscitation Units and 3 new Cardio Respiratory Monitors for the Neonatal department, totaling in excess of $125,000.

In 2016, RE/MAX Jazz began a partnership with Their Opportunity - a grass roots initiative that provides low-income families in the Durham Region the means to enroll their children in local sports programs. 3 years later, RE/MAX Jazz is still the Presenting Sponsor for their biggest event of the year, Dimes for Time, which sees some 600 students from across the region participate in a day of fun and sport at the Oshawa Civic Fieldhouse while supporting a most worthy outreach program.

In 2017, RE/MAX Jazz added to their community commitment with an additional pledge of $125,000.00 to fund and furnish the new Pediatric Program at Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre in Oshawa. In the first year of this new pledge, RE/MAX Jazz has already hit the half way mark, donating $75,000 to date to Hearth Place. RE/MAX Jazz expects to meet the goal of building and outfitting the new pediatric cancer support wing by early 2019.

As leaders in the marketplace, RE/MAX Jazz recognizes that a lifestyle of active giving and intentional community involvement is not only commendable, but necessary. Many other local children's initiatives fall under the WEEMAX brand, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Durham, Grandview Children's Centre, Community Living and more, all of which have already benefited from the generosity and compassion of RE/MAX Jazz sales representatives.

RE/MAX Jazz sales professionals personally donate all of the funds, gifting a portion of every purchase and sale. To date, they have contributed over $225,000.00!

As a result of these major community endeavours, RE/MAX Jazz sales professionals are hard at work selling homes to improve the lives of many here in Durham Region.
